Thank you Softcare for introducing us to the FACTS distributor software package. Pakrite Incorporated has been using FACTS through Softcare for 8 years, and we are convinced that it is the best distribution software solution on the market. We were looking for an all in one, user friendly solution, and this was it. This package covers our payables and receivables, GL, sales, quotes, purchasing, inventory, sales analysis and more. We now have extensive sales and purchasing reports available to us and also have the ability to run automated job streams. Our recent upgrade enabled us to enhance our A/R collections by using the new collection manager in RM. Our salesmen can now access our system through their laptops and smart phones which enables them to look up current data anytime, anywhere. The support has been fantastic with Softcare. This is truly a great group of knowledgeable, dedicated professionals who always seem to be there when you need them. It has been a pleasure to do business with Gary, Denis and the rest of the crew at Softcare. We plan on upgrading to FACTS 7.7 later this year.

Softcare and FACTS
Paper Products Company has been utilizing FACTS through Softcare Computer Consulting since 1993. Our initial decision to go with Softcare was based upon their presentation. We felt that FACTS was a moderately superior package. The features were sound but there were other software programs that were “industry specific” and had some features we also liked. Service, training, breadth of knowledge in business as well as software, reliability and the physical proximity of Softcare were the deciding factors. Softcare was far superior in their understanding of the basic business functions; accounting, inventory management, sales, order entry and process flow. They offered hardware expertise as part of the bundle of services and even helped with our mobile communications. Softcare was located in our market; no excessive time and travel charges from another state. Their people were on the same page during the conversion project which they ran extremely effectively. Our employees were trained effectively and timely, all phone calls were returned the same day and problems addressed promptly.
Today FACTS is the only surviving software package of the seven we interviewed. Under the parent of INFOR they have made quality, timely upgrades and added a very cost effective on line ordering module called StoreFront. Their service is still timely and our people are more efficient than ever. We have almost doubled in sales with the same head count as 1993! Best of all the same factors that we awarded the business to them on are still well respected: timely service, understanding of our business, reliability etc.. We are very happy with our partners at Softcare!
